2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use BookmyBlade. Users under 18 should use the platform with the knowledge and guidance of a parent or legal guardian. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

Providing accurate and up-to-date information.

Keeping their account credentials secure.

Making genuine bookings and attending scheduled appointments.

Treating barber shops, barbers, and staff respectfully.

Not creating fake accounts or fraudulent bookings.

Not attempting to misuse, damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.

Complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Bookings & Services

@app_name provides a platform that connects customers with barber shops and service providers. The actual barbering, grooming, or other services are provided by the respective barber shop or service provider. @app_name does not directly provide these services and does not guarantee service quality, availability, pricing, waiting times, or the outcome of any service.

Any concerns, disputes, cancellations, refunds, or complaints relating to a specific service should, where applicable, be addressed with the respective barber shop or service provider. @app_name may assist with resolving platform-related issues where appropriate.

5. Shop Owner Responsibilities

Shop owners and service providers are responsible for ensuring that the information displayed on BookmyBlade is accurate and up to date, including business details, working hours, services, prices, availability, and appointment information. Shop owners are also responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Payments

Where online payments are available, payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Payment processing may be subject to the terms and policies of the relevant payment provider. @app_name is not responsible for failures, delays, errors, or issues caused by banks, payment gateways, internet service providers, or other third-party payment services.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, logos, trademarks, graphics, designs, text, and other content associated with BookmyBlade are owned by @app_name or its respective licensors, unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or use such content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

BookmyBlade is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, BookmyBlade is not responsible for service dissatisfaction, missed appointments, cancellations, delays, inaccurate information provided by users or shop owners, temporary service interruptions, or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that the account has been involved in fraud, abuse, fake bookings, unauthorized access, misuse of the platform, or a violation of these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.

We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be made available through the application or our website. Your continued use of BookmyBlade after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
